    Here's another.

Get the Atkins Bake Mix! Its a bit pricey, but its totally worth it. Each serving has

    18 grams of protein
6 grams carbs (3 fiber, so only 3 impact)
    minimal fat

Here's how to bake some protein bars:

    2 cups of bake mix
    2 eggs
    1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup (more or less to make the mix like batter)
    2 scoops chocolate protein powder
    splenda ( i use nearly 1 cup)

Bake at 350 til its done.

You can also do varriations with blueberries or almonds or something else, whatever you want.

Tastes awesome! And tons of protein.
