Smile Cool whip and jello

2/3 c boiling water
1 pkg (4 serving) Sugar free Jello (any flavor)
Ice Cubes
1/2 c cold water
1 tub (8oz) cool whip lite
1 ready to use reduced fat graham cracker crust (optional)

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 c. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted.
Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Refrigrate 15 to 20 mins until mixture is thick and will mound. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or over night.

Now you can omit the crust and have just the jello whip out of the bowl!

you can omit the cool whip and make the jello according to the instructions to make pie filling and instead of milk, use water, a little less and pour into pie crust and refrigerate. The whole pie is 100 calories (excluding the crus

It's not the jello pudding kind....its the jello jello. You know the red, orange or line kind of stuff.

If it was pudding, you can add 2 scoops protein to the pudding and about 1 1/2c water to make protein powder pudding.

Myself I would not add protein powder to the jello jello. It's a totally different texture. You can add it to the jello pudding. hehe

I wouldn't think it would...unless you add it to the hot water and mix with the jello. LOL Think it would be lumpy???

This just happened to me today, but one of my cups of jello got a little bit frozen. Tasted just like a cherry slushy.....those Crystal Light Slurpees are good too.
