    Talking protein shake recipes

    ok i was wondering, what other good recipes are there for making a protein shake?
    this is my recipe
    1 cup milk
    1/2 a large banana
    1/2 a lemon(squeeze juice)
    1 scoop protein powder(strawberry flavored)
    2 crushed ice

    i bought the strawberry flavored powder and this is what i have been doin and wanted to try something new? any one have n e sugestions?

    hmm so just powder and water? if i do that how much water am i supposed to use per scoop?

    ok thanks alot.. i tried it it isnt taht bad but its a lil chalky but i gotta get used to it hehe thanks

    protein with water - generally

    protein, dextrose/maltodextrin with water - during and post w/o

    protein with whole milk - if i have to replace a whole meal with it

    my breakfast shake is 12oz's non fat milk, 1 cup old fashioned oats, 2 scoops ON 100% whey (chocolate)... i figure it to be around 600 calories...

    Are you on bulking, maintanance, or cutting? I am just asking, because 600 seems like a very adequate amount for breakfast? What is your total caloric intake (or are you just concerned about the macros?)?

    tigerboo's shake

    I posted this a while back but this shake tastes great.

    3/4 cup of blueberries
    3/4 cup of strawberries
    1.5 scoops vanilla whey
    orange gatorade (as much carbs as necessary)
    6-8 oz. water
