    Tuna Lettuce Wraps

I tried this today, and I actually wanted more... and I'm not a big tuna fan...

1 can rinsed chunk white albacore (will work better for this than the solid stuff)
    yellow mustard
    1 packet splenda
    romaine lettuce leafs

squirt some yellow mustard on the rinsed tuna in a plate, add packet of splenda, mix. put a few forkfuls on a lettuce leaf, wrap up and eat.

I can't get over how much I liked this altho maybe I was just really hungry

BTW I have been using lettuce leafs as wraps a lot lately..love it!

I can see the Splenda part. Would give it a sweet tatse other than a nasty fish taste.

Rinsing helps get rid of fishy taste too! And also some of the sodium!

I can't do much tuna, I break out from it. Craig something to do with the amount of iodine.
