    Pumpkin Pudding

    Ingredients:

    3/4 c. unsweetened canned pumpkin
    1 Tbsp. Udo's, Flax or Hemp oil
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves to taste
    1/4 c. water
    sweetner to taste

    - mix the lot together and throw in the microwave at 20 second intervals stirring in between. If it's too thick add more water. Nuke till nice and warm and enjoy. low carb, high protein, healthy fats, and it tastes like comfort food!

    mmm pumpkin, i made my pumkin oatmeal this morning, 1 cup dry oatmeal, with 1/2 cup of canned pumpkin, 1 tbls. of sliced almonds, some pumpkin pie spice(cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, ginger), topped with a sprinkle of sugar free syrup.

    i'll have to try this one out, i love pumpkin, i eat entire pumpkin pies during thanksgiving
