Mango Salsa
perfect for fish, tacos wraps, chicken, black beans and rice or even straight from the jar
2 medium mangos (peeled and chopped)
1/3 of a yellow onion (diced)
2-3 medium tomatoes (diced)
1/4-1/2 cup finally chopped cilantro,
2 jalepenos (diced) I like mine spicy so i go for about 4
and to taste
garlic salt
pepper
lime juice

mix in bowl and place in fridge overnight to let the flavours mold together
