goes great with the afformentioned mango salsa

2 5 oz. cans of canned pink salmon
2/3 cup dry measure oatmeal
1/8 - 1/4 cup milk
1 tbls finely chopped onions
1 tsp. dried sweet basil

Mix all ingredients together and form hamburger type patties
Spray skillet with pam and heat salmon cakes over medium high heat for a couple minutes on each side till golden brown on the outsides

serve with mango salsa for a grub treat with some protein, complex carbs, and omegas.
