Mayo i've found that freezing about 8 oz of that chocolate milk then just eating that is VERY good, it's yum. Tastes like a malted ice cream thing.

That sounded good and I put some in the freezer.....Just waiting on it to get sort of solid when my roomie spills it because she has all her Eggo waffles and pizza in the freezer.

Well doin pretty good PreMier thanks for asking...
It's Friday, that's one good thing. I've been on a 2 week cycle of M1T to try the stuff out. Haven't really noticed a whole lot of difference. Maybe a bit more pumped and showing a bit more defination. But I'm not getting the response that I've seen others comment about in their testimonies on the stuff. But I'm not seeing any negative reactions or side affects either.

    How you doing my friend?

How many mg are you on? Maybe its not enough.. and people report better results off of 4weeks also

I am doing alright thanks. Just on Twin Peaks training program. I am pretty overtrained right now, and am really tired. I feel like shit. But I need to do this to test myself

    I've been taking 15mg a day. 1 pill every 4 hours apart.
Prince recommended 20mg, but didn't want my tool to fall off or anything or my equipment to shrink to size of BB

There has been a few days though where I get a real strong fire burning urge to rip up the weights.... Intense desire you might say... But really haven't noticed any substantial increase in strength or weight gain like others say they get...

Sorry to hear you're feeling like shit Premier...
Don't over do it man.... Listen to your body. I workout about 2 hours a day myself. Everyone says I'm overtraining, but unless I workout that long I feel like I'm not getting a good workout in. That is just me. I've tried both ways, but prefer the good ole 2 hour workout the best

I do primarily 4 sets of each exercise...

    Chest / Legs day 1
    biceps / triceps day 2
    delts / lats / traps day 3
    repeat
    Sunday OFF

That is what I am currently doing... Takes me 2 hours for each day approximately.. But I rest at least a minute usually between sets. and do like 3-4 exercises per muscle group

Yea, this program is very short RI's. Its killing me. It should be taking me much longer, but I need to keep them under 90mins

Well like they say its good to continue trying new things to shock your body... Never allow it to get used to one particular method.
I switch exercises every 6 weeks myself.

No PreMier.... Chest seems to be one of my shorter days so I add legs. Since I don't workout at a gym my leg workout is very limited. My leg workout only consists of 2 simple exercises. That is probably why I have chicken legs

Well Premier I should be squatting, but no. I plan to add that in my next program. I do like the front leg lifts for the front thighs and the reverse for the hamstrings. Then I do stomach crunches and side bends to warmup before diving into my benching and fly's.
