Geez....that does sound GREAT, Jodi. . . I wrote that recipe down.
While I will use ground turkey in the skillet or on the grill, I've always been hesitant about baking it - for some reason I thought it might dry out easily or something.
It sounds like yours turned out great - and that's one of those recipes where I happen to like every single thing on it....Thanks!
