    Insane chocolate banana cheesecake thing

Sweet mother of ... I suggest people try this out...though it uses some UK ingredients.

I took a little of my myoplex deluxe choc cream shake (blended with frozen summer fruits, though this may not be too important). Poured it in a bowl, and stuck it in the freezer.

Then I got some Quark (fat free cream cheese made from alpine skimmed milk), and mixed it with some reflex instant whey banana flavour... something like 15g whey, 140g quark.

When the choc shake was frozen, I took it out, and spread the banana quark thickly on top. Then I sprinkled around 10g of Kraft Grape nuts on top, and then a generous dollop of sugar free, fat free, calorie free chocolate sauce (from walden farms).

The choc sauce is something I have become accustomed to and like the taste of, but I can see others disliking it for being too artifical. Even without it, this tastes real good.

Basically, I can't believe it wasn't a cheat food... all the vitamins, complex carbs and proteins from the myoplex, casein from the quark, bcaa's and whey from the instant whey... about 1.1g sugar from the grapenuts total and nothing from the choc sauce. Still, just so I didn't feel bad, I ate a bowl of brussel sprouts and spinach afterwards.

hard to say, because I poured an arbitrary amount of a myoplex shake into the bowl (though I fit the whole shake into my calorie count).

Put it this way, you can make it whatever you want...but it's mostly protein, complex carb and a little lactose.

    you're talking cals / f / c / p

    Protein, Reflex Instant Whey 15g 59 1 1 12
    Quark 140g 97 0 6 17
    Grape Nuts, Kraft 10g 34 0 7 1
Chocolate Dip, SF, WFarms 55g 7 0 2 0 (estimated because they say 0 calories)
plus whatever chocolate MRP you use x the fraction you use of it.

Yuck at chasing that with veggies.
Grape nuts are kinda high on the GI, sir, maybe you should replace that with Fiber One, then it'll TRULY be 100% guilt free.

    Peace.

I definitely would if I could get that in England. I think the closest we have is kellog's all-bran, but it's got a lot of sodium in it... still you're right.

Still, we are talking 5-10g of grapenuts... that is nothing.
