    How do you make protein pancakes?

    With flour made outta ground oatmeal? Is it possible? Im not a great cook, so help me out if ya can!

    Here is my recipe

    1 C. Ground Oats or Oat Fiber
    4 Egg Whites
    1/4 C. Cottage Cheese
    1/4 Scoop Whey
    1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
    Cinnamon/Splenda to taste
    Water for consistancy

    Mine is the same except I use 2 egg whites, 1/3C oats, 1 scoop of protein, and 2T of cottage cheese. just mix everything all together and cook it in a pan sprayed with pam!

    Just leave out the cottage cheese and add in another 1/4 Scoop protein.

    I find the cottage cheese just keeps the pancake moister-you cant even taste it

    I'll be making them without cottage cheese soon and they taste just fine. As Jill said they are a tad bit moister with the cottage cheese but its not necessary.

    Jodi, WTF is Oat Fiber? The pancakes ARE a lot moister with cottage cheese. I swear by it.
