Protein Taco
HIGH CARB, HIGH PROTEIN FISH TACO
i found this recipe in a magizine, and just tried it. it was great WHAT U NEED 2 6oz cans low sodium chunk white tuna, drained 14oz can diced tomatoes with zesty jalapenos, drained 4 8" low-fat flour tortillas 1/2 tsp hot sauce 1 Tbsp canola oil 1 glove garlic minced 1/2 tsp dried oregano lime juice 1 cup shredded low-fat sharp cheddar cheese HOW TO MAKE IT Mix the oil, garlic, oregano, in microvace bowl, nuke for 1 minute. Stir in tuna, tomatoes, hot sauce, and lime juice. Microwave for 2-4 minutes. Scoop onto tortilla, top w/ cheese, and eat. Makes 4 soft tacos. Per Taco 307 calories, 33 grams protein, 34g carbs, 8g fat |

i prefer corn tortillas for my fish tacos, even though it is a faux fish taco, plus where's the salsa fresca

u could use salsa instead of diced tomatoes, but yeah it took no time to prepare., very easy
