Okay the 1st isn't so healthy after a grown up meal you can serve orange slices covered in apricot brandy that have been in the freezer for an hour or so.
Buy good fresh blueberries n freeze them I put about a half cup per freezer bag. Like popsicles but way better.
Freeze cubed watermelon n then make a drink from it in the blender my kids love it.
Freeze cut up bananas then blend w cocoa powder to taste. Like ice cream but better for you n really good.
Mix one large container fat free cool whip with 2-3 cups non fat yogurt, I use strawberry, pour into store bought graham crust n freeze.
