just some basic questions about my cutting diet...
are all fruits okay to eat?
is skim milk okay to use for protein shakes? can cheat meals be like pizza, or fast food, or does cheat mean to put ketchup on eggs, which i do anyway, or something similar? how much beef, steak, chicken, turkey etc do i eat for meals? like how much is 5 oz, 8 oz? I usually take 2 breasts and 2 smallish size steaks with my brown rice... is the 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg and 1/3 cup of oatmeal enough for the morning? is diet coke, diet pepsi, dr pepper etc alright? thanx |
