hey guys, made one of these today...tasted f**cking incredible...or i might just be losing it from a lack of carbs

93 percent lean burger
1 slice american cheese
low carb wrap
heinz 1 carb ketchup

cook up the burger, toss the cheese on the frying pan for a second, slap it on the burger, add the 1 carb ketchup, put the burger all the way on the right side of the low carb tortilla wrap (they usually have 2-5 net carbs), and wrap that sucker up....tastes amazing....

6-10 grams of fat depending on your cheese...substitute part skim if you dont like fat
25-40 grams of protein depending on size of burger
2-10 carbs depending on brand of wrap
