"Sweet" dessert!

I stole this from another forum, so I cant really take the credit. (I did modify it a bit)

Take 1 box sf jello, and mix with 3/4C boiling water. Stir and let cool.(not in the fridge)

Take 1C cottage cheese, put in blender with sweetner to taste. Blend, slowly adding the sf jello till everything is mixed together smoothly. Refridgerate.

Tastes kinds like cheesecake! You can use any kind of jello, I've only tried raspberry, and it was great!

Mmmmm and then top it with some light cool whip... and chooped nuts.. OOooo strawberries and chocolate would be good.... (Im ruining the healthy idea of it eh! )

Just tried this-might want to add a bit more cottage cheese, or less jello. A little 'jello-e'. More cc- it would probably be creamier.

Sugar-free instant pudding is better (tasting), I think.
