Bean Salad
1 cup kidney beans
1 cup chopped onion 1 can green beans 1 cup yellow corn 2 large stalks celery- chopped 1 large cucumber- chopped 2 large tomatoes- chopped Dressing: 1/2 cup FF Italian dressing 1/2 cup vinegar 10 packets splenda 4 tbs. fat free parmesean cheese salt and pepper to taste combine all ingrediants for salad- rinse, combine all ingrediants for dressing, add to beans Totals for the whole thing Calories- 854 Fat- 8 Carbs-173 Fiber-39 Protein-42 |
