Honey Dijon Vinagrette

3 teaspoons of honey
2 teaspoons of dijon mustard
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar.

Wisk all ingredients together and pour it over those NASTY salads.
Sorry, I hate vegetables and need to always find a way to make them, well, not taste like salads...

I would think of something else beside honey to use though, especially while trying to lose fat

How about ditching the honey and just making dijon vinagrette. I guess you could add Splenda if you want the sweeter taste.

Well I fixed this a little bit to make it taste good enough for me to eat my veggies. Instead of adding honey, I switched it for sugar free syrup. It worked wonders....
