salsa tuna
i was thinking about salsa the otehr night and this great salad from a place called " Cafe Rio " it is really that good that the line at that place is like 1 hour long..............................
anyways, i got up to the kitchen and got some dry light tuna in a plate two tablespoons of low fat cottage cheese really small sliced tomatoes and shoped green onions......mix it all together qith a spoon and the eat it wth maybe a tortila or black bread or by its self if you want...............and its even better if you let it sit for a few hours because all the juicec will mix together mmmmmmm so good......(((i always imagine the cotage cheese is mayo ))) hehehe |
