If she's using Hood low-carb milk, it has 12g protein per 8 ounces. So 1.5 cups would be 18 grams of protein.

Exactly. Add a little cottage cheese on the side and its perfect. OR you could just add some protein powder to it

Well it tastes like bananas!! Its actaully really good! I mix it on my cottage cheese a lot and then add peanut butter(make like a pudding).. SO SO good. (just like the real banana but without)

All the grocery stores here have it, it's with all the spices and other extracts.

Jilly, check Walmart, its the only place in Canada that I have found it. Although I have found it at all the grocery stores Ive been to in the states.

If not, the vanilla or white chocolate would be just as good. It just sweetens it up a bit.

Jell-O makes sugar free fat free banana creme pudding. Should be where the rest of those jell-o puddings are. It looks just like the vanilla packaging (which is how I found out they even make banana cream OOPS!).
