peanut butter pie thing

I made some thing today that was very good. Cook 1/3 cup of oats, then mix it with one egg white and form a patty, then pan fry it with some fat free cooking spray, then top it with one serving of all natural peanut butter, some cinnamon and splenda.

This appears to be a version similar to protein pancakes

how much water are you using when you cook the oats first? and for how long?

I just put the oats in a cup and boiled some water then put it with the oats and let it sit. I did not measure the water so im not sure how much there was. I would say about a cup.
