    strawberry's n banana pudding... mmm

just fooling around with the food i had last night, heres what i came up with

1 jello sugar free jello cup strawberry, or your fav, what ever works for you
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    maybe some splenda
    1 tsp imitation banana flavor

blend together in a blender, pour into bowl and let chill for about an hour to firm up.

pull out of fridge and enjoy , great before bed protein meal

    hope you like it
