Jelly cola, keeps me from going NUTS..

Hey, I thought of this myself after freking going on a rampage of caramel and chocolate icecream frosting when I visited my sisters house the other day, anyways, after that i went to the store and got me some jelly and here is the nutrition info there are 4 servings in one paket 1 serving has

10 calories, 0 fat, 0 sugar, 25 grams of sodium, and 1 gram of protein,
i could eat 4-5 servings of it at one day if i wanna stay sane and no freak out like the other day, im pretty good with my diet because i've been in bodybuilding for a long time but i wanna prevent from eating any junk for ever so im trying to get used to it now........
here is the twis tho, instead of putting water with the jelly when you make it put a little diet pepsi or a little diet cola, (i used it with rassbery flavor) its freaking good and helathy, is it good for me to eat like 4-5 serving at one day tho ???????? or should i still prevent from eating that much of it

I made a batch of this, mostly because I had jell-o and diet coke alying around and was curious. As weird as it sounds...it's pretty good! I did lime jell-o with lime D.C. I have no idea about if it is bad for you in any way, but it tastes just fine...

yeah, its not a freaking snickers but it helps me get of that suger rush after like a meal or so.... make sure you use sugar free jello.......diet coke is moslty like water except that sodium, its not bad for you, and jello is like only 10 cals if u use the right one so its a very good desert....

just be carfeul about the amount of dark pop you put in it, since dark pop eats away at your bones/calcium which you need calcium if your looking to lose some weight around your waistline

I did 1 c water and 1 c DC, then ate about 1/4 of it after dinner. So, 1/4 c dark diet cola...that's ok, right?

Does anyone have an English conversion chart on them?

dude its not a big deal, DC or diest pepsi is almost next to water except ofcourse the sodium, you can have like two cans of dc or dp a day and nothing will happen bro, dont be so freaked out about it, its better then eating a freakin icecream

ya basically, but if you guys could try out Light diet pop it'd probably be better for the calicium, or just mix it up between the two, but like question guy said it isn't really gonna do anything to ya.

So, what is it in the dark stuff that eats at calcium? Is it the caffine, carmel color, or something else?

lol I have no idea what's in the dark pop that eats away at calicum, and the light pop that dosen't. The light pop probally does eat away at calcium still, just not as bad, but like I said it's not bad, just make sure to limit each serving to 500 ml of pop (per day)
