Fiber 1 Pancakes
1/2C Fiber 1
2 egg whites 1 scoop vanilla protein 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla Splenda / stevia to taste 1/4-1/2C blueberries Put fiber 1 in plastic baggie-crush into small pieces as if you were making bread crumbs. Mix the rest of the ingredients and F1 in a bowl. Let sit2 mins or so.Spray pan with pam, and cook like a pancake. I usually cook 1 side till its browned, then turn over the pancake and turn off the burner-leave for approx 1 min. I like it gooey in the middle. Do not over cook or the taste will be similar to that of cardboard. ![]() |
