That's not even the real Dr. Phil's website, just some jerk trying to capitalize off someone elses hard work.

Try this http://www.drphil.com

The Dr. Phil Diet? Correct me if I'm wrong, but Dr. Phil isn't especially thin, is he? I seem to remember him being kinda chubby.

He helps more of the morbidly obese and helps them to deal with their psychological addiction to food.

Agreed. His "thick" body is plastered all over the front cover of his book, yet it's one of the best sellers..

I don't agree with diets anyways, wether its Dr. Phil's bullshit or Atkins.

Dude, diets are just a way to help people curb their eating and cut/control calories. There are lots of people that have had success on these and countless other diet plans, and of course, more who have not. The key is/was/will always be self control, but some people just need someone to tell them what to eat. What's wrong with that?

I know that he isnt fat, but he is a big man. I think he played D1 football or something back in the day. I think he is doing a good job but i guess other psychologists hate him.

Pylon and Sox...I'm with lilkid on this one-I HATE diets! Diets are temporary...making healthy eating is a lifestyle not a diet. Diets never last and everyone knows that...once it becomes a lifestyle its no longer a diet.

As for Dr.Phil...mentally and emotionally he helps people. I think his advise on a lot of stuff is garbage but the average person trying to shed some lbs isn't like us who are in this thing for different reasons...ie: preserving lbm, getting to the dangerously low levels of bf etc etc. As for him being fat... he is. He has to be well over 25%bf...just look at the man.
