Have to share this info

I've been bulking for the 1st time for now for about 5 weeks. I think im doing pretty good. Started at 134 and im up bout 10lbs. with out any added size to my waist. WOO HOO!!! But anyways i had to share these protein finds. If you have a Sam's Club near you, you need to join or find someone who is joined(im lucky to still live with my parents . But they have bags of Chicken breasts for lik 12$$ and they weigh lbs each and each breast has 1gm of fat and 41gms of protein. Plus they have a "case" of tuna which really only has ten cans, for about 5.30 cents. Can't beat these, so i thought i would share, plus dont forget the other high amounts of bulk meats and other foods you can buy. Just thought i would share. Peace

Thanks

Thanks for the info. People often forget about the basics. I was always curious about the deals at sam's club.
