Shake

Anyone have any idea how SF Pudding powder would taste like if you mix it with LC Milk and whey?

If it is the small box I use 1/2 of the package. It is really good with SF/FF Pistachio pudding too! Warning...it will give you gas!

haven't tried it myself but many say its good. If you want to make a shake with a real milkshake texture, throw in some cottage cheese. It makes give it the creamy texture and with some of the milk and some ice its perfect. I couldnt tell the difference.

It's yummy! I've tried it. I used 1 pkg fat-free sugar-free chocolate pudding, 1 scoop chocolate whey, mix with skim milk or you can buy this stuff called chocolate souffle, it's low carb ,it's in the pudding mix section, and if you freeze it it tastes like chocolate ice cream
