would apple juice be good for a pwo shake? 140 cals. 36c. and i know everyone puts in oats for their carbs but then everyone says no fat in it which oats have 3g per 1/2 c. let me know what you all think


An apple maybe(with your protein shake... But the juice I wouldn't choose as a solid base for a pwo shake IMO

who gave you that idea, if you cant afford protein shakes right now get some eggwhites and get that shit down!!
lol oops i meant to put Whey in there but i forgot. It was my own idea, jsut as my carb source for my shakes along with the Whey.
whey is cheaper than eggs.....
