Any good fish reciepes out there??????????????Just bought some basa for the first time today, this fish is awesome, no smell and no bones, very yummy!

grill it, wrap in foil with some lemon slices and herbs, blacken, seared...geez, what CAN'T you do with it? (OK, a blender is probably not a good option...unless you are making bisque...)

2 T. Low Fat Mayo or Safflower Mayo
2 T. Parm Cheese 1 tsp. Dill Weed 1 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce Oregano/Parsley/Onion Powder/Salt/Pepper to taste Mix all together, spread over Cod or other white fish. Cook at 425 for 15 mins. It really is very good ![]() |
