Low Sugar and Low Fat Banana Bread
1 C. WW Flour
1 C. Oat Flour 10 Packets Spenda 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1 tsp. Baking Powder 2 C. Mashed Banana (approx. 4 large) 1/4 C. LC FF Milk or Skim Milk 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract 1/3 C. Chopped Walnuts - OPTIONAL In large bowl mix all the dry ingredients well. In small bowl mash banana and mix in wet ingredients. Add the banana mixture to the dry ingedients and stir just until moistened. Fold in nuts if desired. Spray a loaf pan with Pam. Spread the batter in and bake at 350 for 45-60 mins. or until knife comes out clean. Let sit for 10 mins. Invert loaf pan onto wire rack and let cool to room temp before slicing. |
