takes like 3 minutes to make.
and tastes awesome...

-just 1/3 c of quickoats
-2 egg whites
-1 can of tuna

mix those and make like you would a fried egg.
friend's choice.
mix with other flavors...i just use salsa.
havn't tried anything else yet.

high amounts of mercury is only bad for pregrant women, and or newborn children. high dosage for those two groups can cause mental retardation in the kids.

yup. most whole mayos are made with soybean oil. not as much fat in whole may as people think. it's all I use. I don't use reduced fat or fat free food items. just eat less of the real stuff

Can anyone stand the taste of tuna by the can only? I gag on it. But if I mix mayo, I'm fine. I love it. Weird?

(tin = can)

Get the tin opener, open the tin, drain some of the H²O{or all}, drive in the fork and lift the tuna meat into mouth, and eat!

Eating tuna is easy.

Regular mayo...or lite?

Tuna is only so-so alone...but if I put LITE MAYO in it.... I grew up eating white tuna, LOTS of mayo, fresh tomotoes from the back yard, slice of cheese and white bread! Goodness...just typing this I can taste it...so yummy!!! Sooooo bad!!!!!!
So, I still use of real mayo & lemon juice.

Anyone have a lite mayo they think tastes good???
