CLPgold Nutri Muffins and Berry muffins

CLPgold Muffin
whole wheat flour
wheat germ
oat bran and wheat bran
baking soda/powder
sea salt
cinammon
nutmeg
sunflower seeds
egg whites
sunflower/safflower oil
mashed banana
pureed zuchinni and carrots
raisins
real maple syrup

CLPgold Berry muffins
whole wheat flour
cracked wheat, rye and flax
oats
pureed apples and pears
baking powder/soda
sea salt
cinammon
egg whites
canola/olive oil
strawberries, rasberries, blueberries, blackberries, rhubarb, cranberries
farm fresh honey

CLPgold nutri loaf
whole wheat flour
10grain flour
sunflower seeds and poppy seeds
olive oil
yeast
sea salt
honey

Your favorite protein powder can be added to any recipe. Or add lo fat soy flour.

Sorry kids. I bake in bulk and don't measure out portions. The best thing is to find either a bran, oatmeal or banana type of recipe and improvise. As far as cooking goes I just stick a fork in and keep checking til it's still somewhat moist.
