I have made cottage cheese a little more palatable

I have problems with eating more than a spoonful of cottage cheese.

This morning I tried the following and it made it far easier to eat:

40g celery
1 cup cottage cheese
2 artificial sweeteners
a few dashes of cinammon

30 secs in the blender.

Came out pretty nice actually!

Any other CC suggestions???

Adding sugar free jams work well.

Or my fav:

dry curd CC...zero fat, zero sodium, high protein content.
Problem....it's dry curds

Solution....run it through the food processor and "cream" it.
add 1-2 teaspoons of cocoa and a dash of cinnamon mix it well....throw it in the freezer for about 15 mins. It tastes amazing. The cocoa adds 6 or so extra cals and 1 g of carbs. But it also gives you fiber, protein, some iron, zinc. Yeah some saturated fat but like 0.2g worth of about .35g total fat.
