Thumbs up Cottage Cheese Strawberry Protein Shake

I've recently purchased a bunch of cottage cheese and turns out I'm not a huge fan of it. So, not to waste the benefits of cottage cheese (and the cottage cheese itself), I set about creating a shake to mask the taste of it. I didn't get too creative for the name of this shake, so it's pretty straight-forward.

Required:
- A Blender
- 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese (I use fat free)
- 1 scoop Whey Protein (mine is 23g protein/serving)
- Approximately 2/3+ cups of Frozen Strawberries (depending on your preference on how "strawberry" you want this CC strawberry protein shake to be)
- Water (just a little bit)

*Blend cottage cheese and water first (you can also use skim milk if you prefer, but the "Cal, Protein/Carb/Fat" at the end will be given using water), then add the scoop of protein powder.. blend again.. then add strawberries.. This is the order I like to do it in. In my experience if you mix the protein with cottage cheese first some of the protein powder tends to stick to the blender.
*This makes roughly about 2 glasses, which I drink as one serving.

This shake is good for me because I will eat lunch around noon and have classes from 2:30 until 5pm, so I take this right before leaving for class.

**Calories, Protein/Carbs/Fats as follows:
240 Calories, 36.5g P/20g C/1.5g F

Give it a try and post what you think, as well as any variations you may have come up with.
