Thumbs up yummy!!! no-bread french toast


NO-BREAD FRENCH TOAST

6 egg whites
1whole egg
cooking spray
spray butter to taste
splenda to taste
cinnamon, to taste
sugar-free syrup to taste

spray omelette pan with cooking spray .combine egg whites and whole egg and cook in pan until done . put cooked eggs on plate and add spray butter,
splenda cinnamon and sugar-free syrup to taste

If you aren't cutting, put some lf cream cheese bits on one end of the egg mixture after it's cooked and roll it up like a crepe Add your splenda and cinnamon to the top...and even some sf Syrup

I make a similar recipe to this all the time-I also add some banana extract and/or Torani SF caramel suryp!
