Appetizer or Meal
Marinated Shrimp With Artichokes
Ingredient: 1 pound prepared shrimp (cooked peeled, de-veined, & tails removed) 2 cups quartered canned artichoke hearts, drained 1/2 cup Italian parley, minced 1 cup Italian dressing (low fat or fat free) Mix ingredients, cover and refrigerate for at least 12hours to allow flavors to marry,stirring occasionally . serve with toothpicks. serves 8 5g carbs; 13g protein;6g fat; 184 calories |
