great shake recipes???

hey, im realizing that its so much easier for me to take my meals in liquid form - go down much easier and faster! and less prep time, too. what are your favorite shake recipes? im really interested in ones that have like the same amount of protein and carbs, from mixes with oatmeal to fruits and veggies and everything in between. lets see if we can make a huge list!

cutting sucks.
