2/3 cup frozen boysenberries
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 packet artificial sweetener (optional)
add yogurt and boysenberries (and sweetener if desired) to the blender or food processor pulse until a nice mixture is made.
add to a serving dish and stir in flaxseed.

1 tub (8oz) cool whip fat free, thawed
place drink mix in large nonmeatl bowl. add mil; stir until drink mix is completely dissolved add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
spoon into 13x9inch baking dish
freeze 3 hrs or until firm. remove from freezer about 20min. before serving
