I make mine with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. it is the best part of this diet. I use pam cooking spray (coat the pan and lightyl spray the seasoned chips as well) instead of oil to keep my cals down while dieting.

Its no better than any other oil. Its just sprays in a way that you don't have to use much to take advantage of the non-sticking effect it gives.

Its still oil (fat) at 9calories per gram. And I believe a 1/2 second spray is still 0.5g fat.

Thats why they claim a serving is a 1/3 second spray. Because then its less than .5 grams of fat and can be called fat-free.

Wow, that sounds good... But, like any other potato chips, aren't they fairly bad for you?
