protein cookies
ingredients:
3egg whites 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or almond 1/2teaspoon cream of tarter 1/2 cup splenda put egg whites and cream of tarter in large bowl and mix until fluffy. add vanilla and splenda and beat for 1 min. once fluffy beat on high until the mixture peaks. spoon onto pam spray baking sheet or non stick baking pan (leave room between as these will expand when cooking )bake at 300 f until brown crispy about 15mins make 18 cookies each 6 cal whole batch is 105 cal |
