I have something similar every now and then, but I use Aidells sun-dried tomato turkey & chicken sausages and make my own ground turkey chili with kidney beans. I slice a sausage down the middle and put half on a bed of brown/wild rice mix and then pour a cup or 2 of my homemade chili over it.

Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half-light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly, because you tread on my dreams.WB Yeats
