Boiling chicken

How do I boil chicken for the last part of the week before my show?It has to be no sodium and no fat. Basically derived of abosolutely no fricking taste. We aint talking Wolfgang Puck. Just something tasty and none of the above. Thanks!

Boil it in distilled water. Add some pepper and garlic after it's done. Or Ms Dash. It's still absolutely disgusting though no matter what you add to it. And it stinks too.

I marinade it in 0.1% fat yoghurt (is that low enough?) with garlic and spices like coriander, cumin, turmeric etc. Leave it overnight and then remove all the marinade before grilling it.
