Yogurt Recipe...Mmm..Good!!!!!!!!!
1 Cup NonFat PLAIN Yogurt
1/2 Cup(or less) Unsweetened Apple Sauce A lil' Splenda A lil' Cinnimon Wah Lah!!!! Very Good...not much Carbs..Not much Fat...Nice Amount of Protein! You can also mix in a Banana....very good!!! Well..at least I like it ![]() |
