Good meals to make for the week
I just came back from the store and i'm looking for some easy recipies that i can make today for the week at work. I'm new to the premade meals deal and eating 6 meals but i'll give it a try. Oh and here is what I got from the store. Ground turkey, chicken legs, chicken thighs and legs, Steak, 10 cans of tuna and 10 cans of chicken beast, pork chops and lots of salad mix. I also got low carb pasta. My goal is to bulk but a healthy bulk I lift hard 6 times a week and do a bit of cardio. This will be my first time eatin healthy. I work construction so all i used to eat was protien bars and huge lunches at the bars so any help I greatly needed!!!! thanks u people are the best!

burp.
for me a good meal can be prepared with a great help of a menu planner and some delicious and nutritious meals. i suggest this especially to the mothers out there cheap in cost but bigger in value.
