Something I made up

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Ingredients:

2 or 3 Packages of Perdue choice cutlets chicken breast (200-300 grams of protein)
3 or 4 cups of organic basamati rice (3200 cals, mostly carbs)
1 1/2 cups organic oriental style vegetables frozen
1 can/cup of chicken broth

This isn't very flavorful, maybe somebody could give me some tips on making it taste better without the sodium.

Anyways, boil the rice, and then add the vegetables. Cut the cutlets up in to small chunks and then cook them in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Add the chicken, and let it set.

BAM! You got 10 servings of this stuff @ roughly 500 cals a serving.

How about adding some garlic powder and ginger or some curry powder to give it a little kick.
