BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I just made something that is probably going to sound really rediculous. I was actually laughing the whole time thinking this is going to taste like ass. Damn was I wrong it was so good. I got tired of eating my food the exact same way so I got creative so here it is give it a try.
1/4 pound lean ground beef 1 cup already cooked brown rice 2 tbsp. sauerkraut 1/4 medium onion finely chopped Franks red hot as much as you like fat free Ranch(I used about 2 tbsp.) Creole Cajun seasoning(as much as you like) 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. crushed red peppers start browning the meat in an on stick skillet along with the onion add you creole, garlic powder and crushed red peppers. Once the meat is about 1/2 done add in your ranch and franks red hot. When the meat is 3/4 of the way done add in your sauerkraut. And then when your meat is all the way done add in your rice and mix it all up and simmer it for a few minutes to let the rice get hot and soak up all the sauce. Pour it in a bowl and BAM there you have it its delicious. |
