1 can of Ranch-Style beans
1 cup white rice 5 hot dogs Heat and eat. 50-60g of Protein and 150+g of carbs. Dig in. |

Watch out for the sodium.
Last time I had a dog, I think it packed something like 600mg of sodium. The other stuff on top of FIVE of those things must be packin some serious saltage... you might be putting on pounds of water weight |

How about the fat content? One hotdog has roughly 10g's of fat...x6...60g's of fat in one meal?!?!? Wow LOL!
