Mocha Shake
Ingredients
· ½ cup prepared coffee
· ½ cup nonfat milk
· 2 scoops chocolate protein
· 2 tsp sugar-free cocoa
-ice is optional
Directions
Blend for one minute
200ml water/milk
1 scoop of chocolate whey protein (ON/ Nitrotech/ Pro Max etc)
1/2 tsp camp or similar coffee escence
