BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
2/3 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Lemon Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin
1 Scoop of Chocoalte Protein Powder
12 ounces (1.5 Cups) of Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1 cup of COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
2-3 Tablespoons of Wheat Germ
Non-Stick Cooking spray

1) STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

2) Let gelatin cool down for a while (dont let it harden though)

3) Put Gelatin, cholocate protein and cottage cheese into blender, blend until liquid has a smooth and creamy consistency

3) ADD 1 cup of the whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended.

4) Spray pie pan with non stick cooking spray

5) Spread the wheat germ onto the pie pan, coating as much as possible (move the pan around so that all of the pan gets a thin coat of wheat germ)

6) spoon gelatin mixture onto the pie pan, smooth out top and refrigerate overnight, or at least until firm.

You can add some splenda to the wheat germ to sweeten it up, or you can also make crust with ground up fiber one and splenda.

Lemon and chocolate just does not sound good together. Maybe vanilla protein powder instead? Just a thought.

Its actually good, I loved it, think lemon filled eclair covered in chocolate, but yeah vanilla might work better or maybe even strawberry flavored protein. Will try that next time.
