Salmon Cakes
I tried these for something different. They came out pretty good.
6 oz. wild caught alaskan salmon 2 egg whites 4 unsalted crackers. Crush the crackers, mix it all up, then fry in some cooking spray or on the George Foreman Grill. I'm not sure of the nutrition values, but I'm pretty sure this is pretty low fat, and not too many calories. Maybe about 120 per patty. I made 2 out of this. |
